This leather card wallete is completely made by hand from cut to stitch using Spanish calf leather sourced here in Madrid, Spain. No machinery is ever involved. 

There are two card slots, one that will fit a number of cards at the front, then a larger slot that can fit cards, some cash and even a few coins.
