Política de reembolso
We want you to feel safe and know that we are here to help should any reason arise for a product to be returned.
-If for any reason you are not pleased with the products we will accept returns provided the item is not damaged and in original packaging. We understand sometimes you can just change your mind so, this is a viable reason also. (Customer pays postage)
-Once agreement is reached, your refund will be made to you within 3 days in the same way the original payment was made, or we can offer a store credit.
-If the products is damaged upon receipt, please provide us with photo graphical evidence, in some cases it is not necessary to return the item. We will replace the item like for like, offer a store credit, or refund your payment, however you decide.
-If there is any other reason you feel you would need to return a product, please do not hesitate to contact us via one of the methods provided.
